Tip Top Fitness provides fitness guidance and workout tracking. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, or other qualified medical professional. If you have an injury, chronic condition, or health concern, consult a medical professional before starting a program. If something hurts, stop.

AI and form feedback

Tip Top Fitness may use AI-generated text guidance, chat responses, voice responses, camera-based pose detection, and exercise-form feedback. These features are support tools. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by device setup, camera angle, lighting, and the information you provide. Do not use the AI coach for emergencies, diagnosis, or medical decisions.

Training responsibility

Suggested starting weights are estimates and the first set is a calibration set, not a guarantee that a load is safe or appropriate. You are responsible for choosing weights, movements, and training intensity that are appropriate for you. Exercise always carries risk. Train in a safe space, use equipment properly, and do not ignore pain or unsafe conditions.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Tip Top Fitness under the laws that apply to you. Tip Top Fitness is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Tip Top Fitness only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Account and conduct

Do not use Tip Top Fitness in ways that are illegal, abusive, or intended to disrupt the service. Keep your account information accurate and secure.

Paid features

Tip Top Fitness may offer a Live Pro subscription, premium features, or one-time Coach Check-In purchases. Current prices, billing periods, availability, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Any purchase terms shown at checkout or in the relevant app store also apply.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable store before the renewal deadline shown by that store. For App Store purchases, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation, and you can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals, while access normally continues through the current paid billing period. Deleting your Tip Top Fitness account does not cancel a store subscription. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable; refund requests are handled under the applicable store's policies.

Coach Check-In purchases

Coach Check-In purchases are non-refundable once booked or fulfilled, except for duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service, or where required by applicable law or app-store policy. Eligible appointments may be rescheduled using the booking calendar or by contacting us, subject to coach availability and any notice requirements shown when booking.

Referral program

A referral invites a friend to try Tip Top Fitness; it does not grant an extra free week. Eligible new subscribers can choose a 7-day trial of Live Plus (Text Coach) or Live Pro (Voice + Text Coach) in the mobile app. This requires accepting an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription, which automatically renews at the price and billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Previously granted non-renewing trials retain their original terms. The referrer may earn one $10 Amazon gift card after a 7-day hold and review, only after the referred member completes a first successful, non-zero paid Live Plus or Live Pro charge within 30 days. Trial, introductory, pending, failed, refunded, reversed, self-referred, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions do not qualify. Rewards are limited to five successful referrals per referrer in a rolling 12-month period, are subject to verification and availability, and may be delayed, reversed before delivery, withheld, or blocked for abuse or payment reversal. Training Partners is optional and does not affect reward eligibility. Amazon does not sponsor or endorse this promotion.

Spotify playlists and music

Tip Top Fitness is independent of Spotify and is not sponsored or endorsed by Spotify. Tip Top Fitness selects the coach playlists it displays. Spotify and its rights holders provide the music, and listening takes place in Spotify. Tracks, playlists, and Spotify availability may change. Your use of Spotify is subject to Spotify's Terms of Use. We do not promise that a playlist or track will remain available or suit a particular workout.

Tip Top Fitness makes no warranties or representations on Spotify's behalf. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties concerning the Spotify platform, service, and content, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tip Top Fitness is responsible for its own app; Spotify is not responsible for it or claims about it. You may not modify, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Spotify platform, service, or content to source code or another human-perceivable form, to the extent permitted by law. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and our Privacy Policy and may enforce these Terms directly.

Service changes

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tip Top Fitness is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the website or app. The service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. Train within your limits.
