Tip Top Fitness provides general fitness guidance, workout planning, exercise tracking, and coaching support. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care.

Check with a qualified professional

Talk with a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified medical professional before starting or changing an exercise program if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, dizziness, pregnancy-related concern, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms, or any doubt about whether exercise is safe for you.

Stop if something feels wrong

Stop exercising immediately if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, faintness, sharp pain, numbness, unusual weakness, or any symptom that feels unsafe. Seek medical help or emergency care when appropriate.

AI and camera feedback have limits

Tip Top Fitness may use AI coaching, pose detection, camera-based form feedback, and voice features to support training. These tools can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or affected by camera angle, lighting, clothing, device performance, internet connection, and the information you provide. Do not rely on the app as your only safety check.

Train within your limits

You are responsible for choosing safe movements, weights, ranges of motion, surfaces, equipment, and training intensity. Use proper equipment setup, keep your training area clear, and avoid any exercise that aggravates pain or feels unsafe.
