Who we are

Tip Top Fitness (“we,” “us”) is a fitness training app and website that helps users plan workouts, log training, and request coach check-ins. If you have questions about this policy, email contact@tiptopfitness-live.com.

What we collect

On the website, we receive basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, user agent, page URL, and similar logs used to operate and protect the site.

In the app, we collect account information and the training information you provide, including fitness level, goals, equipment, training frequency, injury notes, workout sessions, set records, preferences, and coaching notes.

If you use optional coaching features that process speech or AI coaching requests, those requests may be sent to OpenAI to generate responses. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

How we use information

  • Operate the website and app.
  • Create and maintain your account.
  • Personalize workouts and training guidance.
  • Save workout history and coaching context.
  • Provide customer support and account deletion.
  • Protect the service from abuse or security issues.
  • Improve the product in aggregate.

Third parties

We use a small set of service providers to operate Tip Top Fitness:

  • Vercel for hosting and server functions.
  • Supabase for authentication, profiles, workout history, and account data.
  • OpenAI for AI coaching and optional speech features.

Camera and microphone

Tip Top Fitness asks for camera or microphone access only for app features that need those permissions. Raw camera video is not sold to advertisers. Raw microphone audio is not stored by Tip Top Fitness.

Your choices

You can email us to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you have a Tip Top Fitness account, you can also start deletion from inside the app under Settings, or use the account deletion page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Tip Top Fitness changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
