Delete your Tip Top Fitness account

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This page explains how Tip Top Fitness users can delete their account and request deletion of associated app data.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open Tip Top Fitness, sign in to your account, go to Settings, then tap Delete account. The app asks you to confirm before permanently deleting your account and associated app data.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email contact@tiptopfitness-live.com from the email address on your Tip Top Fitness account and ask us to delete your account. Tip Top Fitness LLC may reply to confirm account ownership. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Deleting your account removes your Supabase login, profile, onboarding answers, workout history, set records, saved text-coach messages or coaching history tied to your account, coaching memories, saved preferences, structured action, feedback, and coaching-session summary records tied to your account, referral rows tied to your account, voice-usage records, and first-party product-analytics rows linked to your account.

Subscriptions and store purchases

Deleting your Tip Top Fitness account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in your Apple or Google account settings to stop future renewals. Store operators and payment processors may retain transaction records under their own legal and accounting obligations.

Data that may be retained

We may keep limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment compliance. This can include the minimum transaction information needed to reconcile purchases. Hosting logs and backups may take up to 90 days to age out. Product-analytics milestones that were never linked to your account use a rotating anonymous identifier and cannot be matched to the account-deletion request; those raw records expire within 90 days. Aggregate statistics that no longer identify an individual may be retained.
